The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

ill tell you how to fix it.

take the battery out of the psp.
there is a sticker that says 'void if removed' remove it. (the shop will do the same thing).
underneath there is a screw. remove it.
remove the other 4 screws in the battery compartment
on the back of the psp there are two more screws that need removed
and finally, on the bottom there is one more screw.
once those screws are out, the face plate will just pull off.
once the face plate is off, you will see the joystick, pull off the nub (its not glued, its just stuck in it) you can pull if off with your fingernails, and remove the two screws holding the joystick to the face plate.
you can buy one on ebay for $10.
replace it, screw the screws back, there ya go.
there are no wires to disconnect, nothing but the face plate needs removed..
