if you people dont understand the question, dont answer.
he clearly says &#039;hardware&#039; in the title. hardware cannot be fixed by simply reflashing the firmware.
If you are going to send your psp somewhere to get it fixed, dont bother. A new motherboard is about $55 (or more for slim), and any respected shop is going to charge at least $30 an hour. (thats even if you can find someone that will do it). 
for $5 more you can buy a refurbished model from sony. 
you know youll get it back, youll know everything will work like new.</description>
