it took mine about 14 days – thats from the day i shipped it out until it was returned to me -
It depends on what has happened to the xbox 360 for example if you got the Red Ring of death then maybe around a month.
about 7-10 business days but i heard it could take up to 2 weeks for them to get your xbox back.

I’ve sent a broken 360 in 3 times so far. The first time, it took 4 days to get the box and 13 days to get it back after sending it in.
The second time was the same.
The THIRD time the xbox was broken straight out of the repair box (from the second time). I called microsoft and expected the usual retarded voice menu, but instead, Max said “I see you have multiple repair orders. Let me get you connected to a representative right away.”. Whaaat? No annoying automated menus? Wow. So someone answered right away. It wasn’t a ‘Microsoft representative’ armed with only a bad english accent and a computer either, this was a guy from the repair shop in Texas. There wasn’t the usual background noise so I could tell he wasn’t in a call center in India. He sent me a repair box with overnight shipping and he was very nice about it. I took the opportunity to ask him some questions. He answered them all very well (like he knew what he was doing). Wow. Best customer service I’ve had from microsoft to date. Too bad it took 3 broken 360s for them to be nice to me.
If you live close to texas as I do, I’m pretty sure it will be around 13 days. Every time I sent my Xbox in a different ‘Replacement Console’ came back. The serial number will be different if you get a replacement, but they do it because it’s quicker to send you one that’s already repaired. Just to let you know, though, if you get a replacement console, any arcade games , themes, gamerpics, TV shows, etc. that you have downloaded will only work when you are connected to xbox live and they will only work on the profile they were downloaded on. I think they told me that if I download the games again I’ll be able to use then offline and with other profiles, but I haven’t tried it yet.
Best of luck to you. Hopefully you don’t get a different xbox and hopefully it’s not faulty too. The repair has a 90 day warranty on it so if it does happen to break or if there’s something wrong with it, you’ll get someone like the guy I got to fix it.
Mine was received by the repair center on 10/29/07 and according to UPS website it’s being delivered today. So apparently I’m getting mine back 15 days after microsoft received it.
SCREW MICROSOFT!!!!!!!!!!!!! theyre customer service sucks. i sent my xbox out 3 weeks ago and still havent got it. you think they would be better when its there fault that thier own product doesnt work right! so ive heard normally it takes aroung 14 days but dont be hopefull cause microsoft is garbage at customer service
