Should be free by law now as long as you still have receipt and any other proof of purchase. I fixed it myself but I’d rather not tell you casue if u fk up…

Absolutely free. Just go to microsoft’s xbox repair website I got RRoD too.

Microsoft has a special 3-year limited warranty on consoles that experience the 3 RRoD-only.
If you send it in to them for this problem within 3 years of the original purchase date, they will fix it absolutely free; you don’t even have to pay for shipping.
no cost the warranty doesnt matter for the RROD
well if you send it back to factory with the box and all you should get a new one in 15 to 30 days or if you have a warranty just show proof of purchase
