your situation confuses me becuase I cant really understand what your writing here but I'll try and answer. if my maintenance you mean child support then yes...if he is the father then you can get child support. took 2 to make the baby so 2 can take care of it. as for custody...its not up to you to decide if he has the right to it. its his baby too and if he wants to fight for custody then he has that right as well. and he has right to visitation too, without you present. you cant expect someone to pay then turn around and not let them see the kid. courts will decide the best person to raise the child, or maybe joint custody. you cant prove he doesnt care about the baby. he doesnt even know its his yet.

u can certainly not claim because ur not married to him .if any body is married and if she need divorse then she can claim it .u don't have the right as now if it is proved that baby is his child then there a chance of u getting married to him, but if he says that u have slept with many there is aploblem -(he must prove that )more likely u may not get the favour if u slept with many ,if u slept with him and u say that u dont want to marry him 75-85% u may not claim but u can get claim for the baby survival if ui ulook after it

wow your spelling and grammar needs help

as does your situation

when you get the dna test results back - if the man in question is the father he will be ordered to pay support for the child.
it will be based on his income.
more than likely it will be written that he will have to provide medical insurance for the child also.
keep in mind that if he wants it- the judge might issue visitation orders
and yes if he wants to file and fight for custody he has the right to do so if he is found to be the child.

I would think you have the right to child support but nothing more since you are not married to him.

Is maintanice child support? If so, get what the judge orders for you and you can claim the child, If he does not want to see the child that is his problem.. Visitation and child support are two different issues.
