I really need a help, if someone can please let me know, what kind of maintenance is needed to a flight simulator, whether it’s mechanical or electrical or programming…any website to get detailed information about it. Thanks a lot in advance!!!

Depends on what kind of flight simulator you have… They can vary from the extremely simple computer games like Microsoft Flight Simulator to the extremely complex full-motion sims used to train military and commercial pilots.
As a general rule, anything that moves will eventually need maintenance, but what kind of maintenance varies with the type system you’re dealing with.
As of 2005, The FAA wass in the process of issuing part 60 to incorporate simulator standards currently set … as well as simulator inspection & maintenance. Refer to the FAA’s Simulator publication for more details.
