Considering the Xbox is broken when you buy it, I don’t think they will ever send you a repair kit, as there ar w alot of issues with it. They should refund you so you can get your money (Wasted money, by the way) back and buy a decent system.
Metal gear freak is just a delusional fanboy who believes the Xbox is inferior to the PS3 when they in reality are just as good as each other. Also he did not understand the question.
Moving on. When my Xbox red ringed about a year ago it took about a week for the box to get here. If they are quick to fix your console as they were mine you should have your xbox back within 2 weeks of sending it to them.
